Job Summary:
The Insurance Agent is responsible for selling and managing various insurance policies, including life, health, auto, and property insurance. The agent will develop and maintain client relationships, assess their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions to ensure their financial protection.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert advice on suitable coverage options.
- **Policy Sales**: Sell various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and homeowners insurance.
- **Risk Assessment**: Evaluate clients’ needs to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- **Renewals and Updates**: Manage policy renewals, making necessary updates to coverage as clients' needs change.
- **Claims Assistance**: Assist clients in filing claims and provide support throughout the claims process.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position products.
- **Customer Service**: Provide ongoing support and service to clients, addressing questions or concerns promptly.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to insurance sales and practices.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain relationships with clients and community members to generate leads and referrals.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Licensing**: Must hold a valid insurance license in the relevant state(s).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in relevant software and technology.
- **Personal Attributes**: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
