The role involves engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, providing them with suitable life insurance solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales and post-sales process. Agents will also build and maintain strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, provide financial guidance, and stay updated on products and offerings by LIC.QualificationsExperience in Insurance Sales and Insurance understandingKnowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Financial ProductsProficient Customer Service and relationship-building skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targetsPrior experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantageMinimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or finance is preferred
