**Job Description**:

- Analysis of the product from stock report which needs to be ordered for stock purpose
- Responsible for Vendor Development/Evaluation
- Approve checklist for filing Bill of entry into customs
- Approve Purchase orders post checking all the requirements as per the requisition
- Enhance functional knowledge related to process of supply chain management
- Work on escalation and urgent orders/shipments more diligently
- Step in and support the suboordinates whereever it is necessary
- Provide departmental training to the team for process understanding
- Review the work of suboordinates and provide feedback to work more efficiently
- Work on the process improvement and discuss with management for implementation
- Identified and conduct training for the team as per the requirements in coordination with HR
- Work on process optimization in terms to make process more efficient
- Approval of Inspection checklist and IGRV post verifying all the details
- Work on tactial activities and strategic planning to make the process smooth and automate
- Review monthly MIS-KPI for the team and work on to achieve the target and improve the performance
- Propose, discuss, coordinate and provide timely inputs and feedback for Alankar Development for Purchase and Inward Department
- Participate in root cause analysis and in coordination with quality department and provide Non conformance responses
- Implement corrective action and monitor effectiveness for the corrective action
- Address functional risks to eliminate or minimise the impact of the likelihood the risks
- Bring in cost reduction and cost optimisation initiatives in functional activities
- Ensure timely implementation of short, medium and long terms visions of the department
- Address internal grievance and enhance positive work culture in the department
- Ensure timely approvals related to leave, attendance and related approvals
- Monitor team performance and participate in feedback for appraisals and promotions
- Ensure continual improvement in functional QMS- related to procedure, formats, work instructions etc..
- Take necessary initiatives for multi-skilling and succession managament within the department
- Make new/amendment to the various contracts related to freight forwarding and Logistics
- Encourage culture of discipline, safety and all other compliance set within the organisation

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
