**Supervise Operations of Road Sweeper Machine**:Effectively manage and supervise the operations of Road Sweeper Machines on-site to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project timelines. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly, ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment.

**Coordinate and Communicate with Stakeholders**:Foster effective communication and Collaboration among stakeholders, including team members, contractors, suppliers, and project managers. Ensure that information is conveyed accurately and promptly to all relevant parties, promoting a smooth workflow on the project.

**Resource Management**:Work closely with the project management team to ensure that materials, equipment, and labor are available as per project requirements.
Develop and maintain schedules that optimize resource allocation, promoting efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
