Your Role
As an Account Executive - Sales & Client Acquisition, your primary responsibility is bringing in revenue. You will be the driving force behind our sales efforts—identifying leads, pitching our
product, visiting clients, and closing deals. The role demands a hunter mindset with a strong focus on exceeding monthly targets and scaling our client base.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach and referrals.
- Engage in B2B solution selling—understanding client pain points and offering tailored solutions.
Product Demonstration & Conversion
- Conduct impactful demos showcasing how In-Sync transforms business operations.
- Address client concerns and objections effectively to drive quick closures.
- Follow up persistently to convert warm leads into long-term customers.
Client Engagement & Market Expansion
- Visit potential and existing clients to strengthen relationships and close deals.
- Represent In-Sync at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to generate leads.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track all sales activities in the CRM and provide regular reports on pipeline health and performance.
What You Need to Succeed
Proven Sales Expertise: 3+ years of experience in closing deals and exceeding revenue targets. - Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to pitch, handle objections, and build strong relationships. - Strong B2B Sales Acumen: Experience in SaaS, tech, or enterprise sales preferred. - Hustler Mindset: Self-driven, competitive, and motivated to bring in revenue. - Willingness to Travel: Comfortable with on-site client visits to drive conversions
