**About Netchemy**:
Netchemy is a new productivity tool built for professionals and teams. It combines the best features of Notion and Twitter into one platform, designed to boost productivity and improve collaboration.

**Market Opportunity**:

- **Unique Offering**: Netchemy stands out by blending project management and networking features into a single tool, aimed specifically at professionals and teams.
- **Target Users**: We focus on startups, small businesses, teams and students needing an all-in-one solution to manage their work and networking.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We need a dedicated Co-founder & CTO to help build Netchemy. This role offers equity compensation only, with the possibility of up to 20% equity based on your profile. You can continue other work or jobs while contributing to Netchemy until we start making significant progress.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Technology**: Plan and build the technology for Netchemy.
- **Product Development**: Lead the design, coding, and launch of our platform.
- **Team Building**: Recruit and manage a talented engineering team as we grow.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other founders to create and improve features.
- **Scalability**: Ensure the platform can handle growth as more users join.
- **Security**: Implement strong security measures to protect user data.
- **Hands-on Coding**: Be actively involved in coding, especially in the early stages.
- **Tech Hacker**: Able to develop every aspect of tech infrastructure (frontend, backend, web, mobile, databases).
- **Leader**: Capable of leading a tech team as we grow.
- **Team Player**: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- **Problem Solver**: Skilled at tackling technical challenges.
- **Below 30**: We are looking for young, energetic individuals.
