The Role: Co-Founder & CTO | Bengaluru (On-site)

As Co-Founder & CTO, you'll be an equity partner driving our technical vision from MVP to market leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll architect scalable AI systems, build world-class engineering teams, and shape the future of hardware engineering.
Deep expertise in AI model orchestration, RAG systems, and prompt engineering

Key Responsibilities


Technical Leadership

  • Architect AI orchestration systems with multi-model cognitive routing
  • Lead development of voice-native intelligence and component lifecycle platforms
  • Design scalable cloud infrastructure for enterprise-grade performance


Team & Strategy

  • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering organization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technology with business objectives
  • Drive R&D initiatives in hardware-specific AI applications


Business Impact

  • Contribute to fundraising and investor relations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for AI's impact on hardware engineering
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEEE, IEC, GDPR)

Investment & Commitment:
Personal investment capacity of ₹25+ lakhs, demonstrating aligned incentives and long-term commitment to our shared vision.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications
10+ years
software/AI development experience
5+ years
CTO or senior technical leadership experience
Advanced degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Deep AI/ML expertise
: LLMs, RAG systems, cognitive architectures
Hardware engineering knowledge
: Power electronics, embedded systems, component lifecycle management

Preferred Experience
Startup experience (founder/early technical hire) B2B SaaS or engineering tools background. Full-stack development and DevOps expertise Experience scaling technical teams from 5-50+ engineers Track record of shipping AI products to production
