**About the work from home job/internship**

As an Intern in our Influencer Marketing and Business Development department, you will be responsible for a range of dynamic and impactful tasks:
1. Work on influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns to elevate brand visibility.

2. Identify and cultivate relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in the industry.

3. Assist in building and optimizing our affiliate program, bringing on high-performing partners.

4. Attend relevant industry events for networking and business growth opportunities.

5. Conduct thorough research on industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users.

6. Uphold strong negotiation standards while structuring campaign deals.

7. Design and structure strategic campaign closures, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

8. Generate comprehensive reports on community sentiment, trends, and insights for improvement.

9. Ideate, strategize, plan, and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns.
10. Provide guidance to influencers regarding creative briefs, content, and approaches.

11. Contribute to content strategy and assist in content marketing initiatives.

12. Manage P&L and deliver accurate financial reporting.

13. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities.

**Additional Information**

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of profit).
