Product Owner with Fintech Domain

**What you’ll be do**:
As a product owner will be responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product development process. Other responsibilities include supporting the scrum team, managing backlog items, and optimizing the value of the product(s). You should also be able to lead the product development team toward achieving the vision and mission of the organization.
- Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Defining the vision for the team’s product
- Creating a product road map based on this vision
- Important to have Finance and Accounting experience to be contextually impactful
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Working closely with the Designers and Engineers to capture the requirements and its feasibility at start
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Developing user stories
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

**What we seek in you**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a product owner in Fintech domain.
- Previous working experience as a product owner.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Ability to foresee risks, opportunities and communicate the same on timely basis
