**Job Title: Solutions Architect**

**Role**:Permanent & WFH (Remote)

**Experience**: 10+ years in a Solutions Architect or similar role in SaaS-based companies.

**Overview**:
We are hiring for a USA-based company that is seeking an experienced and dynamic Solutions Architect. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our platform offerings by collaborating with product owners, technical leads, and clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our SaaS-based company, where your expertise in solution architecture, cloud technologies, and strong communication skills will be key to delivering cutting-edge solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Engage with Stakeholders:

- Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and clients to understand business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to gather and communicate technical information effectively.

2. Design End-to-End Solutions:

- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure solutions for our SaaS platform.
- Develop system architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

3. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert:

- Act as a technical authority, providing guidance on the implementation of best practices and emerging technologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to inform decision-making.

4. Collaborate with Development Teams:

- Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designed solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

5. Create Prototypes:

- Develop prototypes to validate technical feasibility and functionality.
- Iterate on prototypes based on feedback from stakeholders and technical teams.

6. Produce Technical Documentation:

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Provide Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Technical Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
- Offer post-sales technical support, addressing issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years of **experience in a Solutions Architect or similar role in SaaS-based companies.

2. Expertise in SaaS Solutions and Cloud Technologies:

- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture principles.
- **Proficiency in cloud technologies, especially AWS (Amazon Web Services)**.

3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

4. Problem-Solving Mindset:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and formulate innovative solutions.

5. Project Management Skills:

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

6. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies:

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
