**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing construction drawing sets (plans, elevations, sections, details)
- Ensure the effective and timely delivery of tasks
- Promote continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards
- Deliver high-quality products and services

**Education and Background**:

- A B.Arch degree is mandatory
- Internship or prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Site experience is not required

**Skills and Proficiencies**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related architectural software
- Strong architectural knowledge and drafting skills
- Basic understanding of structural drawings
- Experience in producing construction documents
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good command of English (listening, reading, and writing skills)
- Flexible, ambitious, and able to work across a range of project types and stages
