Requirement Gathering & Elicitation: - Gathering of Business Requirements through workshops / meetings with business and internal stakeholders. - Understanding of high level solution and coming up with efforts required to meet the requirements. - Understanding of Customer Journeys, knitting Journey with API specs, creation of tech design documents and API functional and technical specification. - Creating effective solutions/Design Assets: - Work with Architects, Info Sec, Business and Other Internal/Stakeholder to come up with end to designs. o Understanding of JSON formats. - Sequence Diagrams/Flow Diagrams illustrating end to end Customer Journey knitted with APIs covering complete System Architecture, finalize SLAs/timeouts of various underlying calls. - Discuss with external systems to do API mappings with internal and external Systems with different messages formats including various ISO standards. - Verify Test Requirements / Measure Solutions: - Ensure the test scope is covered completely during Test Case Walk through with Testing/Business teams and also performance test and Ethical hack test scopes to measure the solution. - Support execution of Testing and go live for any functional or design gaps with impact analysis across various functions and channels consuming APIs. - Have product roadmap mindset and compare solutions and customer Journeys across Industry. - Build domain knowledge and Citi Systems understandings. - Use Bitbucket, Jira, MS Office (Visio/Excel/PPTs), Sharepoint/Confluence and other cataloging tool effectively to deliver this. - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Business Analysis / Client Services - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
