**Job Title**:Subject Matter Expert (SME) General Insurance Sales

**Location**:Gurgaon

**Department**: Inside Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation and Conversion
- Handle leads generated via the website and pitch the General Insurance product to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales by identifying customer needs and matching them with the appropriate product offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle to drive orders and increase revenue.
- Meet and exceed hard sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Track and report on sales performance and take proactive actions to meet targets.
- Manage sales performance with a focus on both revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Inside Sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies to improve overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to order conversion.
- Incentives and Revenue Growth: Earn performance-based incentives linked to products sold and revenue generated.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company’s insurance offerings.

**Qualifications & Requirements:

- **
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on General Insurance products (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and effectively present products.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience with lead generation and sales funnel management is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn new products and services, with a proactive approach to ongoing training and development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
