**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**:
Conduct live and recorded engaging and informative video lessons on JEE and NEET topics.

Create practice problems, quizzes, and mock tests to reinforce learning.

Produce high-quality videos, including editing, adding graphics, and sound.

Stay updated with syllabus changes and exam trends.

**2. Student Engagement**:
Respond to student comments, questions, and messages promptly.

Foster a supportive, positive learning environment for students.

Host live Q&A sessions, polls, and discussions to encourage participation.

**3. Channel Growth**:
Work with the team to strategize for subscriber and view growth.

Promote the channel across social media and other platforms.

**Qualifications**

**1. Educational Background**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Medicine, or a related field.

**2. Experience**:
Proven experience as a JEE/NEET tutor or mentor, with a deep understanding of the JEE and NEET syllabus and exam patterns.

Prior experience in online teaching or educational content creation preferred.

**3. Skills**:
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.

Comfortable presenting on camera and engaging a large online audience.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and producing high-quality educational videos.
