**Material & Equipment Procurement**
- Raising an Indent for procurement and forward to CEO for approval in order to place PO.
- Place PO.
- Obtain required documents
- Certificate of Analysis & Invoice copy from Vendor at time of dispatch along with Lorry Receipt for Inter-State Procurements.
- Obtain confirmation from the warehouse about material receipt status
- as per PO or not
- and take suitable action to rectify wrong Supply.
- Keep Concerned Department Head about progress of in-transit material.
- Resolving issues with Vendors for wrong Supply, damages, extra charges etc.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payments to vendors, Transporter etc.
- Arrange Account statements from all the vendors on a quarterly basis for account reconciliation.
- Submit bills to accounts department after verification
- To review and fulfill monthly requirements (consumables, stationery, packing material, housekeeping) sheet as per stated stipulated timeline.
- To Update the dashboard as a daily basis.
- Get a price updated from all supplies quarterly basis if applicable.
- Arrange MSDS, TDA, MOA From fill Vendor for the RM purchase.
- To Maintain record hardcopy as well.
- To fill KPI Timely.
**2. Other Tasks**
- Monitoring Inward Stock Updation
- check to ensure the right quantity & specifications are updated in the Materials Receipt System.
