**Key Responsibilities**:
**General Ledger Maintenance**: Maintain and update the company’s general ledger, ensuring accuracy in all journal entries, posting of transactions, and reconciliation of accounts.

**Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts. Ensure timely payments and collections.

**Bank Reconciliation**:Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of cash accounts and identify any discrepancies.

**Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

**Tax Compliance**: Support in the preparation and filing of tax returns (VAT, GST, etc.), and ensure compliance with tax laws.

**Audit Preparation**: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to queries.

**Expense Management**:Monitor and review company expenses and assist with budget preparation.

**Record Keeping**: Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions, receipts, and accounting records for future reference and audits.

**Cash Management**: Ensure proper management of petty cash, cash flow forecasting, and reconciliation of cash balances.

**Data Entry**: Input financial data into accounting software and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

**Experience**: 1 Month to 1 Year

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial statements.

Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

**Desired Skills**:

- Good Knowledge on Advanced EXCLE.
- Flexible in performing Administration tasks.

**Working Conditions**:
Full-time position.
