Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

**Experience Required**

4-5 years in procurement / sourcing, preferably in **furniture, woodwork, or manufacturing industries**

**Educational Qualification**
- Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field
- MBA / Diploma in Materials Management (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and procure **raw materials** (wood, laminates, plywood, hardware, fabrics, upholstery, paints, adhesives, etc.) at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with **local and national vendors**.
- Evaluate suppliers on price, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and payment conditions.
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid **production delays**.
- Coordinate with **Production, Design, and Quality Control** teams to understand material requirements.
- Maintain proper records of **purchase orders, invoices, and inventory**.
- Conduct regular **market research** to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the stores team for reordering.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and **statutory regulations**.

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong knowledge of **furniture raw materials** and vendors.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Working knowledge of **ERP / MS Office**.
- Analytical and cost-optimization mindset.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.

**Salary Range**
- **₹2.5 LPA - ₹4 LPA**, depending on skills and company scale.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
