Myp Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Management**: Oversee the implementation and development of the MYP curriculum, ensuring alignment with IB standards and guidelines.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with teachers to design and adapt the curriculum, incorporating inquiry-based learning and interdisciplinary approaches.
- **Professional Development**: Facilitate ongoing professional development for MYP teachers to enhance teaching practices and student engagement.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop and implement assessment practices that align with MYP principles, ensuring fair and effective evaluation of student progress.
- **Student Support**: Work closely with students and families to support individual learning needs and promote a positive school culture.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary liaison between the school, parents, and the IB Organization, providing updates and addressing concerns related to the MYP.
- **Collaboration**: Foster collaboration among faculty, promoting a cohesive approach to teaching and learning across disciplines.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with IB policies and procedures, preparing for evaluations and audits as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- IB MYP training and experience in implementing the MYP framework.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design, assessment, and pedagogy.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and support teachers and students.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
