Collaborate with subject teams and the MYP Coordinator to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across grades. Participate actively in curriculum planning, review, and professional learning communities. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports diverse learners. Support students’ personal and academic development in accordance with the IB Learner Profile. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.
