1. Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Credit team which evaluates the creditworthiness of potential customers, create procedures for approving/rejecting loans, negotiating with customer/sales

2. Hire, Train and Manage a team of underwriters

3. Create and manage processes relating to underwriting

5. Prepare reports that explaining the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money and strategizing ways to mitigate the risks

6. Ensuring all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations.

7. Giving feedback to the policy team for improvements

8. Confer with credit association and other business representatives to exchange credit information

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - 400059, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
