**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team or follow up on leads when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Participate in training to improve knowledge and performance levels.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably over the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
