Principal Cloud Architect, Data and Analytics

Partners with customers, sales, engineering and product teams to design, demonstrate and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services including discovery, design and deployment.

We are seeking about 8 to 12 years of experienced and motivated Cloud Engineers to join our Data and Analytics team providing deep technical expertise in Analytics and Data Warehouse. This is a project delivery role and will require you to work closely with our customers and cloud architects to migrate and implement end to end Analytics solutions on OCI. This will involve dimensional modeling for warehouse, developing ETL / ELT processes and building pipelines for data ingestion and be able to consume data for Analytics.

**Qualification and Key Skills**
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience of working as an Analytics Application Architect and implementer in complex environments.
- Must have solid understanding of Cloud Services around building Data Ingestion, Analytics, Data Lakehouse Warehouse, Dimensional Modelling and SQL.
- Must have ability to architect Analytics solutions for HA and DR environments.
- Must be skilled on at least one from each of the services below:

- Database - Oracle (preferably ADW or ExaCS)
- ETL / ELT - OCI Data Integration / Oracle Data Integrator Marketplace
- Analytics - Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) / OBIEE
- Primary focus is on architecture and development of customer solutions using Oracle's Analytics offerings: Oracle Analytics Cloud, OCI Data Integration, OCI Lakehouse Services and and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
- This is a customer facing role. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or any other public Cloud is must.
