Back Office Assistant- Vesu Location

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Efficiently manage administrative tasks including record maintenance, appointment scheduling, and documentation.
2. Conduct professional tele-calling to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and promote the center’s services.
3. Coordinate appointments and facilitate seamless communication between patients, counselors, and doctors.
4. Ensure availability on weekends, with rotational weekdays off, to support patient interactions and counseling sessions.
5. Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor in all client and visitor interactions.
6. Work collaboratively with the team to enhance workflow and ensure operational excellence.
**Required Skills**:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English. (Fluency in English Language is compulsory)
2. Prior experience in administrative support is advantageous.
4. Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism in client-facing roles.
5. Interest or background in Ayurvedic wellness and meditation is a strong asset.
6. Ability to manage weekend responsibilities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
