**Job Title**: Service Advisor

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and schedule service appointments based on their needs.
- Assess customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding required repairs or maintenance.
- Liaise between the customer and service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
- Prepare estimates, explain service procedures, and provide detailed cost breakdowns to customers.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are serviced on time and keep customers informed of progress or any delays.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle.
- Maintain accurate service records and process necessary paperwork.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (automotive industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and service management software.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
