**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including common areas such as meeting rooms and kitchens.
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with the setup and takedown of meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and setting up equipment.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, including ordering and stocking items as needed.
- Run errands outside the office, such as visiting banks or post offices, as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Office Manager or senior staff.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, printers)
