We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM, Diageo, Cadila Pharma, Arvind Ltd, Airbus, PNB Housing Finance, and others. We have our programs in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Managing social media accounts on platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Overseeing the designing of reports and proposals for clients, including charts, case studies, images, and other visual aids.
- Creating and maintaining an inventory of images, audio files, video clips, or other materials used in campaigns.
- Writing and editing press releases that support campaign initiatives and messaging.
- Creation, development and update of messaging materials as part of communications.
- Content writing, editing, designing effective campaigns for weekly newsletters and timely scheduling it.
- Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes media outreach and social media content creation.
- Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy.
- Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and support various brand initiatives.
- Support and evaluate the results of communication campaigns with the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and key external role-players.

**Mandatory Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or a related field.
- 1-3 years experience in media relations, journalism, communications or related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to listen well and positively represent the organization and its mission.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and stay on deadline.
- Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a large team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Skills in design software, blogging software and social media platforms preferred.
- Ambitious and takes initiative; committed to getting the job done.
