We have an urgent requirement for CRM - Voice process for inbound & outbound process:
Designation : Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) - Hindi & Telugu Mandatory

Qualification : Any Degree/ 12th + Diploma (3 years)

Industry : BPO

Process : Voice process (Inbound/Outbound)

Shift : Rotational Shift

Eligibility : Fresher/ Experienced

No of Requirements : 15

Job location : Chennai

Languages Known : Hindi (mandatory), English & Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada/Marathi.
- Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from callers for various reasons
- answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interaction

Graduates/ PG. Should be fluent in English, Hindi (mandatory) and one regional language

Relevant experience in customer service would be an added advantage.

Very good spoken English & Good Attitude
