**Job Title**: Telesales Executive

**Location**: Whitefield, Bangalore

**Job Type**: On-Roll Position-Permanent
**Experience**: 1 to 3 years
**Age Limit**: Up to 30 years
**CTC**: ₹22,000 to ₹27,000 Net (Based on Experience)
**Work Timing**: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM | 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Weekly Off)
**Education**: Graduate / 12th Pass / 3-year diploma from a recognized institute
**Languages**:English & Hindi

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring energetic and driven **Outbound Calling Agents** to join our dynamic NBFC sales team. This is a client-facing, target-oriented role where you will promote various financial products such as **Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, LAS, Credit Cards, Insurance**, and **Education Loans** through outbound calling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop a strong portfolio of potential and existing customers.
- Make outbound calls to pitch financial products and services.
- Generate leads through cold calls, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Clearly communicate product value and convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information in CRM tools.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Handle customer objections and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 9 months to 1 year of outbound telesales experience (Tele-calling or Sales only).
- Excellent verbal communication in **English & Hindi** (mandatory).
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong target-driven attitude with self-motivation and discipline.
- Prior experience in **Banking/NBFC outbound sales** preferred.
- Familiarity with financial products**:PL, BL, LAS, LAP, Credit Card, Insurance, Edu Loans**.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
