Roles & Responsibilities
- Disassemble engines and skillfully repair or replace defective components such as magnetos, carburetors, and generators.
- Expertly remove cylinder heads, grind valves, and clean carbon deposits. Replace faulty valves, pistons, cylinders, and rings using both hand tools and power tools.
- Skillfully address dents and bends in frames, performing welding to repair tears and breaks. Reassemble frames and reinstall engines with precision.
- Diagnose and address issues with headlights, horns, handlebar controls, gasoline and oil tanks, starters, and mufflers. Perform repairs or replacements as needed.
- Thoroughly examine and adjust critical motorcycle subassemblies including forks, transmissions, brakes, and drive chains to meet specifications.
- Replace faulty parts, employing hand tools, larbor presses, flexible power presses, or power tools as appropriate.
- Assemble and rigorously test subassembly units to ensure functionality and safety.
- Disassemble subassembly units, meticulously assessing part condition, movement, and alignment through visual inspection and the use of gauges.

**Experience**:
