**Job Summary**:
As a tele caller, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring smooth communication between patients, hospital staff, and various departments. You will play a key role in maintaining effective operations, assisting with appointment scheduling, and providing essential support to the hospital staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering and managing inbound calls, addressing patient inquiries, and providing information about hospital services.
- Making outgoing calls to confirm appointments, follow up on patient status, and coordinate with various departments.
- Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating the database with appointment details.
- Handling patient concerns or complaints professionally and directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other office duties as required.
- Coordinating with medical staff to relay messages and ensure proper communication flow.
- Ensuring a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive patient information.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office or hospital management software.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy while dealing with patients and their families.
