Jewellery Sales Assistant

**Position: Assistant Sales Executive**

**Location: Jubilee Hills / Kokapet**

**Department: Various (Rotational)**

**Reports to: Department Managers and Supervisors**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Department Rotation**:

- Participate in a structured rotational program across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Assist in daily operations and contribute to departmental projects.
- Learn and understand the key processes and workflows in each department.
- **Training and Development**:

- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop skills relevant to each department.
- Engage in self-learning and continuous improvement activities.
- **Project Assistance**:

- Support department managers and team members with ongoing projects.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports as required.
- Provide administrative support and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute ideas to enhance business processes.
- **Performance Evaluation**:

- Receive regular feedback from supervisors and mentors.
- Actively participate in performance reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Other Duties**:

- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors to gain diverse experiences.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to various business environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Flexibility to rotate through different departments and work on varied tasks.
