**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages following Tavaasa Cafe’s recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and informed recommendations.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, adhering strictly to food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the freshness of ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive working environment.
- Continuously develop coffee-making skills and stay informed about industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for coffee and interest in specialty coffee culture.
- Strong customer service skills and an approachable personality.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
