**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit customers or clients to collect payments on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of all payments collected, including receipts and records of transactions.
- Ensure that all customer data is kept confidential and secure.
- Report daily collections and follow up on overdue payments.
- Provide regular updates to the Collection Manager regarding progress and challenges.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure smooth collection processes.
- Work closely with the finance and accounting team to ensure records are up to date.
- Assist with other tasks related to collections as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a collections or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or financial concepts is an advantage.
- Must have a **guarantor** who will be responsible for the employee’s performance and financial accountability.

- Customer-oriented mindset.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
- Availability to travel within the assigned area for collections.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
