As an **Academic Counselor**, you will play a pivotal role in advising students on academic programs, course selection, and career planning. You will work closely with students, parents, and faculty to ensure that each student’s academic goals are met and that they have the support needed for success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to students on course selection, academic planning, and career opportunities.
- Develop personalized educational plans to support student success.
- Advise students on study skills, time management, and overcoming academic challenges.
- Monitor student progress and offer timely guidance to ensure academic goals are met.
- Organize and facilitate workshops on academic success, career preparation, and personal development.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to align academic advising with institutional policies.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and academic plans.
- Assist in student recruitment efforts and provide information on academic programs to prospective students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in academic advising or student counseling (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to talk in English and other local language
- Ability to build rapport with students and help them achieve their academic goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
