This role is crucial in achieving business targets and expanding the company’s customer base.

**Jobs Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a network of agents to generate business.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting life insurance products.
- Provide regular training and support to agents to enhance their performance.
- Conduct meetings and presentations for clients to understand their needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
