**Data Management System**

A data manager is responsible for developing, overseeing, organizing, storing, and analyzing data and data systems. A data manager ensures that all of this is always done with the utmost security and confidentiality, and in a timely manner. You will be responsible to supervise company’s numerous data systems and networks.

**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Creation of complex sheets of data/Systems into one (Merging

and creating collaborating data sets).
- Google script writing automating the processes of the

company as per management guidelines.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete data.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Make Flow chart monitoring sheets (FMS) and Project Monitoring sheets (PMS).

**Skill Requirements**:
Excel VBA, Excel Formulas, Google
app script, Google Scripting, Google
data studio, Google sites JAVA script

Ms Office (Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint, google sheets Filters (Basic, Advance, conditional) V- Look up, H Lookup, Pivot table and chart, import/export data

Basic MySQL, Macros
