**Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to individuals and businesses to explain the NGO's goals and projects.
- Clearly articulate the organization's mission and the impact of donations.
- **Fundraising**:

- Solicit donations and contributions from potential donors.
- Provide information on various donation programs and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of donor information and contributions.
- **Building Relationships**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing donors and potential supporters.
- Address queries and concerns, and provide relevant information about the NGO's activities.
- **Campaign Promotion**:

- Promote specific fundraising campaigns and events.
- Encourage participation in events and programs organized by the NGO.
- **Data Management**:

- Update and maintain a comprehensive database of donors and their contribution history.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of donor information.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather feedback from donors and the public to understand perceptions and improve communication strategies.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey the NGO's message and inspire support.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports on call activities, donations secured, and feedback received.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to assess campaign effectiveness.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to fundraising and telecalling.
- Follow ethical practices in all interactions with donors and the public.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in fundraising efforts.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
- Passion for social causes and the ability to effectively communicate the NGO's mission.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
