This role involves engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting the company's products or services. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, contributing to revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through various sources
- Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database and through lead generation activities.
- Introduce the company's products or services and explain their features and benefits.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and other sales prospecting techniques.
- Collect and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
- Develop a good understanding of the company's products or services to deliver an effective sales pitch.
- Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information about the offerings.
- Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers during calls.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per month
