**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Design visually compelling YouTube thumbnails** that maximize CTR (Click-Through Rate) and align with each clients brand.
- ** Stay updated on YouTube best practices** and trending design styles to ensure thumbnails are competitive.
- ** Manage multiple clients simultaneously**, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality thumbnails (some clients may require up to 5 thumbnails per week).
- Collaborate with content strategists and video editors to **align visuals with video themes and messaging**.
- ** Revise and optimize thumbnails** based on analytics, performance insights, and client feedback.
- Maintain a well-organized library of assets for efficient workflow management.

**Requirements**:

- ** MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH**:

- ** Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design**, specifically for YouTube thumbnails.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools**.
- ** Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging visual concepts** that make videos stand out.
- Excellent **communication skills** to coordinate effectively with the team and clients.
- Ability to **handle multiple clients and projects at once** while meeting strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a **remote** environment.

**Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)**:

- Experience in **motion graphics and video editing**.
- Understanding of **A/B testing for thumbnails** and how design impacts video performance.
- Basic knowledge of **YouTube analytics and CTR optimization**.
