The **Associate, Platform Observability**has a significant role in realizing the vision of the strategy and ensuring that products and services are developed with the needs of our customers in mind. This role has significance in system stability analysis and using insight from customers and colleagues worldwide to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations.

**Role Responsibilities**
- To design, implement, integrate, and maintain IT operations management, AiOps platform and Monitoring functions using several tools at the core of Western Union technology world.
- Liaising with different teams and stakeholders to understand business problems and requirements and subsequently build processes and solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
- To make Western Union IT operations more effective and efficient by enhancing collaboration, automation, change, event, incident and problem management processes and capabilities.
- Ability to work on medium-to-complete projects under limited supervision and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals.
- Ability to query and analyze data to generate reports, analytics, and recommendations.
- Document and manage audit related processes and tasks.
- Interact with other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions.

**Role Requirements**
- 3+ years' experience in monitoring & Observability tools/AIOps Development related technologies.
- Design and implement integration of monitoring & Observability tools/AIOps with ServiceNow and Automation platforms
- You’ll have knowledge of at least several tools (Dynatrace, OpenSearch, Big Panda, XMatters, Evolven, Micro Focus NNMi) with experience in integrating/implementing AIOps tools.
- Hands on deep level knowledge using Dynatrace platform and ability to handle Dynatrace monitoring instrumentation and regular platform upgrades independently.
- Good experience in Monitoring tools/AIOps/SRE/AWS/Development related technologies.
- Exposure to AWS cloud with experience on at least one of several tools (Micro Focus suite, Big Panda, AWS OpenSearch) with experience in integration/implementation.
- Good knowledge of Ansible, Git, Jenkins, and automation tools will have an added advantage.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with cross-functional roles.
- Efficiency to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
