**Job Title: Junior Advocate**

As a Junior Advocate, you will be an essential member of our legal team, assisting in the provision of legal services to clients. You will work under the supervision of senior advocates and lawyers, gaining valuable experience and exposure to various aspects of legal practice. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Legal Research: Conducting thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to support case preparation and strategy.

2. Case Preparation: Assisting senior advocates in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.

3. Courtroom Support: Attending court proceedings, hearings, and trials to provide assistance to senior advocates, such as organizing documents, taking notes, and liaising with clients.

4. Client Communication: Communicating with clients to gather information, provide updates on case progress, and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.

5. Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative duties, such as organizing case files, maintaining legal databases, and scheduling appointments and meetings.

6. Legal Analysis: Analyzing legal issues and providing recommendations to senior advocates on case strategy and potential outcomes.

7. Professional Development: Continuously developing your legal knowledge and skills through training, mentorship, and participation in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution.
- Admission to the Bar (or eligibility for admission) in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
