**JOB DESCRIPTION**
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in **Intelligent Automation (RPA and BI Developer),**you have found the right team.

As an **Intelligent Automation - Associate**in our **MIS and Platforms team**, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

**Responsibilities**:_:_
- Design and Develop Process Automation using automation tools, workflow systems, AI/ML and other technologies
- Analyze business process, Identify Process Automation opportunities and recommend technical approach.
- Identify key data sources that can make business impacts.
- Scope, prioritize and co-ordinate activities with the product owners. Partner with product teams to identify strategic solutions.
- Design and develop data mining queries from large data sets (Both Structured and Unstructured)
- Proficiently utilize visualization tools
- Employs scalable automation solutions for faster and robust data preparation

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Self-starter, attention to details and results orientated, able to work under mínimal guidance.
- Strong proficiency of Intelligent Process Automation concepts and Business Intelligence
- Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
- Experienced on Automation tools like UI Path, Alteryx
- Experience dealing with large structured and unstructured data.
- Bachelor’s Degree in, Data science Computer Science, or Engineering. Different field of study, with significant professional experience in Automation and Analytics is acceptable.
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Data/Process related Automation
- Good communication and analytical skills

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Exposure to ETL tools like SSIS.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for deployment is a plus
- Preferred data querying skills on SQL (Snowflake, Databricks,S3 oriented file objects) and Python
- Experience in model development using Machine Learning techniques [Data Analysis /Model Tuning/OCR Document process] and LLM is a plus.
