**Job Title**: Video Editor
**Location**: Remote or On-site (Chennai/Delhi preferred)
**Project**: Mr. Cosmo India - National Male Pageant

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Edit short-form and long-form content including teasers, promos, audition reels, and event videos
- Create dynamic transitions, sound design, and text overlays aligned with our brand tone
- Collaborate closely with the videographer, creative director, and marketing team
- Adapt edits for multiple platforms: Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Facebook
- Deliver quick turnarounds for time-sensitive campaigns
- Maintain organized project files and backups

Must-Have Skills:

- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong sense of rhythm, storytelling, and visual pacing
- Ability to work with raw footage and enhance quality with color correction and audio sync
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending social formats
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset

Preferred Skills:

- Motion graphics or basic After Effects knowledge
- Experience editing fashion, pageant, or lifestyle content
- Sound design skills or access to royalty-free music libraries
- Knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is a plus

Compensation:

- Permanent - Competitive based on experience and speed
- Potential for longer-term collaboration during finalist grooming and event phases

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
