**Job Title: Sales Executive - Car Sales**

**Location**: Worli/ Prabhadevi/ Andheri

**Reports to**: Sales Manager

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reaching out through online/phone inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, financing options, and add-on services.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, specifications, and warranty terms.
- Negotiate pricing and prepare sales contracts in coordination with the finance and documentation teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in showroom display management and participate in sales events or promotions.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in car sales or a similar sales role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in English and local language(s).
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of automotive financing and insurance processes.
- Basic understanding of technical car features and specifications.

Pay: ₹9,876.22 - ₹35,343.20 per month
