**Job Summary**:
We are looking for detailed - oriented and customer helpdesk executive to support our facility management operations. This role is responsible for receiving, logging, tracking and closing service requests raised on tool related to maintenance, repairs and facility related issues across all sites. The helpdesk executive servers as the first point of contact for employees and stakeholders needing facility support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Task Coordination**: Assign and follow up on work orders with internal facility team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
**Issue Tracking**: Monitor the status of all service tickets, escalates unresolved or critical issues and update requesters on progress and completion
**Communication**: Provide clear and professional communication with employees, facility teams. Maintain strong customer service standards.
**Data Entry & Recordkeeping**: All reports generated should be maintained properly for audit purposes.
**Reporting**: Assist in generating the daily, weekly or monthly helpdesk activity reports, shift handover & takeover reports, maintaining FM Contact list, onboarding tracker etc.
