We are hiring for **Jr. Accounts Officer** for one of the **Manufacturing Companies** for **Ahmedabad** location.

**Experience**: 1-3 Years
- Preparing Reconciliations of Cash, Bank, Debtors and Creditors on regular basis.
- Preparing and recording sales invoices /DN/CN in SAP on need basis and prepare backup working for the same
- Prepare Collection Report on regular basis and submit to Superior on daily basis
- Maintain and organize all financial records of the organization
- Complying with the necessary guidelines as per IMS (Integrated Management System)
- Prepare various letters for banking communication and assist superior in preparing bank-related working files.
- Monitoring Payment and uploading payments
- Prepare TDS, GST, and Tax Related data in Excel and submit to superior for review
- Any Other Finance & Accounts related tasks assigned by superior on a time-to-time basis
- Microsoft Office (Must)
- Tally (Must)
- SAP
