Job Title**:Ecommerce Executive **(Shopify Listing and Uploading)

Location: Surat

**Salary**: Up to 25,000 INR per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ecommerce Executive to join our team in Surat. As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify store, including product listing and uploading. Your primary goal will be to enhance the user experience, increase sales, and ensure the smooth operation of our online store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain our Shopify store, ensuring that all products are accurately listed and uploaded.
- Create appealing product descriptions, titles, and images to maximize customer engagement and increase conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels, update stock availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely product replenishment.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any technical issues or errors that may affect the user experience or sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for driving traffic and increasing online sales.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in ecommerce, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders, payments, or shipping.
- Utilize analytics tools to generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and website traffic, and use the insights to optimize our online store.
- Continuously test and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce, with a focus on Shopify listing and uploading.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify, and experience in managing online stores.
- Proficiency in product listing and uploading on Shopify, including creating attractive product descriptions, titles, and images.
- Familiarity with inventory management, stock tracking, and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers through compelling product descriptions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in product listings and inventory management.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for ecommerce websites is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion or retail industry will be an advantage.
