**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Handle inbound leads from IndiaMART, website, exhibitions, and internal CRM.
- Engage with factory owners, OEMs, panel builders, and system integrators to pitch Graven Automation products and services.
- Prepare and present quotations, technical offers, and product demos.
- Coordinate with technical and panel-building teams to propose complete automation solutions.
- Follow up on quotations, manage negotiations, and close orders.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent after-sales support.
- Provide timely reporting on sales targets, forecasts, and customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1-5 years in B2B sales; industrial automation/electrical/electronics background preferred.
- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation) or any relevant technical background.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
- Technical understanding of automation components (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,533.86 per month
