**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches.
- Fabricate, assemble, and weld steel components for furniture including frames, supports, and decorative elements.
- Operate fabrication machinery including cutting saws, grinders, shears, and welding equipment (MIG/TIG/ARC).
- Perform accurate measurements, cutting, bending, and shaping of metal sheets and tubes.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and product quality with a focus on furniture-grade finishing.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project timelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following safety protocols and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in steel fabrication, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of fabrication tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials and tools.
- A team player with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in working with custom or designer furniture pieces.
- Familiarity with powder coating or finishing processes is a plus.
- Vocational or technical training in metal fabrication is an advantage.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
