Job Title TIG MIG WelderJob Summary We are seeking a skilled TIG MIG Welder to join our fabrication and manufacturing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding components using both TIG Tungsten Inert Gas and MIG Metal Inert Gas welding processes ensuring structural integrity high-quality finishes and compliance with safety and engineering standards Key Responsibilities Perform TIG and MIG welding on a variety of metals including stainless steel aluminum and carbon steel Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and welding symbols to determine project specifications Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on materials and requirements Inspect and measure welded components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards Maintain welding equipment tools and work area in a clean and safe condition Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Personal Protective Equipment at all times Collaborate with fabricators engineers and supervisors to ensure timely project completion Perform grinding finishing and polishing of welds when required Identify and repair defects such as cracks burn-throughs and warping in welded parts Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a TIG and MIG welder in a manufacturing or fabrication setting Proficient in using a variety of welding tools and equipment Strong knowledge of welding safety protocols and procedures Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings Good manual dexterity attention to detail and physical stamina High school diploma or GED technical or trade school certification is a plus Welding certification s preferred e g AWS ASME Working Conditions Full-time position may require overtime or weekend shifts Work involves exposure to high temperatures fumes and loud noise Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience TIG welding 3 years Required MIG welding 3 years Required Work Location In person
